Liling, male, of Han ethnicity and was born in 1963, in Chishui ,Guizhou province. In May 1985 joined the Communist Party of China, in December 1981 started to work, now holds the post of Cheif Executive in Xshui County.
　　From October 1982 to July 1985, studied in Political department Zunyi normal junior college.
　　From August 1985 to February 1990, taught in the third middle school of Chishui, Guizhou Province.
　　From February 1990 to July 1992, taught in the first middle school of Chishui and was appointed as the Assistant Deputy Secretary of the city Bureau of Education Group Working Committee, and Youth Corps Committee Secretary of the first middle school.
　　From July 1992 to October 1995, was appointed as the assistant deputy secretary of Communist Youth League Chishui and the city Political Consultative Conference member.
　　From October 1995 to October 1997, acted as Secretary of the Youth Corps Committee, Political Consultative Conference Member of Chishui City , Assistant Deputy Secretary Party Committee and Chief Executive of Yuanhou Town,Chishui City．
　　From October 1997 to December 2000, served as the Chief Chishui City Traffic Department .
　　From January 2001 to January 2003 was appointed as Xishui County People's Government Assistant Deputy Executive.
　　From January 2003 took the post of the County Party Committee Member to April 2007.
　　In April 2007 until now hold the post of Chief Executive of Xshui County Goverment.
