The primary industry completed 640 million Yuan, the yearly average grew 3%; the second industry completed 950 million Yuan, the yearly average grew 17.4%; the tertiary industry completed 440 million Yuan, the yearly average grew 14.1%. Among the 10th “Five-Year Plan”, entire social fixed asset investment has increased substantially; the accumulation investment completed amount to 3.24 billion Yuan, has increased 1.77 billion Yuan compared with the 9th Five-Year Plan , surpasses the predetermined 3 billion Yuan target of 10th Five-Year Plan. The growth of investment in our county becomes the quickest period since the founding of the nation. The financial gross income increased from the end of the term 9th Five-Year Plan the 69.6 million Yuan to 261 million Yuan, the yearly average grew 30.5%. The financial gross income occupies the proportion of GDP were scaled up from the end of the term 9th Five-Year Plan 5.9% to 12.8%. The local finance income increased from 50.86 million Yuan to 90.34 million Yuan, the yearly average grew 12.1%. The public expenditure to be about 419 million Yuan, the yearly average grew 24.4%.

The non- public ownership system economy development speeds up, the county-wide individual and the private enterprise increase to 6,473 households, the yearly average grows 13%; the individual and the private enterprise registered capital increases to 120 million Yuan, the yearly average grows 17%.
